Ce jeudi 22 janvier 2026, le Ministre du Commerce et de l’Industrie, M. Guibolo Fanga Mathieu, a reçu en audience M. Tidiani Ben Al Houssein, Président-Directeur Général de Star Oil Group, accompagné de ses Directeurs Généraux.
Les échanges ont porté sur l’engagement du Groupe à se conformer à la réglementation, ainsi que sur la vision d’extension de nos activités au Tchad et nos projets futurs, notamment dans le solaire et le développement du marché du gaz butane.

Meeting at the Ministry of Trade and Industry – Chad
On Thursday 22 January 2026, the Minister of Trade and Industry, Mr. Guibolo Fanga Mathieu, received Mr. Tidiani Ben Al Houssein, Chairman & CEO of Star Oil Group, accompanied by the Group’s Managing Directors.
Discussions focused on the Group’s commitment to compliance with applicable regulations, as well as Star Oil Group’s expansion vision in Chad and future projects—particularly in solar power development and the revival of the butane gas market.
